BIG Changes at TopLine

I am very pleased to announce the newest addition to the TopLine Corporate Family, Brian Standage. Brian brings a wealth of experience and some great ideas to TopLine and will be working directly with our consultants making your job significantly easier, your bank account enormously healthier, and the TopLine Consultancy Program much more valuable.

Over the past couple of weeks I have been hinting about some changes that we are making to the TopLine Business Solutions Consulting Program. Brian’s addition is just one of those changes.

I’m not in a position to reveal everything in specific detail just yet because some negotiations are still underway with another party. But I can tell you about some of what you can expect in the next couple of weeks.

Last week Brian and I traveled out of state to visit with the principals of a very well established marketing firm that will compliment the TopLine Program perfectly and allow us to fill in a couple of pieces that we have been wanting to offer our consultants.

Conversely, the TopLine Program fills a business consulting void that the marketing company has been wanting to offer its clients but heretofore has been unable to.

The alignment of TopLine and the marketing company in a shared ownership situation will allow both companies to bring additional products and services to their clients and consultants. And that means additional revenue in the pockets of you as a TopLine consultant.

Here’s some background on Brian:

While attending college Brian started Western Cargo Shipping, and over the next 5 years, acquired major clients such as US Airways, Corporate Express and others.

Graduating from Arizona State University with a BA in Organizational Communications and Master Studies in Organizational Leadership, Brian launched into the corporate world with FranklinCovey, the well-respected world leader in time management.

In just 5 years Brian was appointed Director of Sales, and at the age of 32, became the youngest director in the history of the company.

While overseeing the Western half of the United States & Mexico comprising of 500 employees and $100 million in annual revenue, Brian orchestrated new levels of sales performance never before attained in the company.

In March of 2006 Brian became CEO of Piranha Marketing and Investments Inc. His challenge was to redefine the business and position it for long-term profitable growth. Within 2 short years Brian hit his benchmark targets and doubled the company’s annual revenue.
 
Brian is just completing his book and training course, “What A CEO Should Know But Doesn’t!” to be released mid 2008. The book is based on Brian’s 12 years of business experience and insight in helping business owners and executives throughout the country achieve new levels of performance and profitability.

Brian’s greatest satisfaction and joy come from spending time with his wife Laura and 4 boys. He enjoys sports of all kinds, is an active member of his church and his community, and often donates time to civic and charitable organizations, as well as serves as a Committee Chairperson for his District.
